Gene (2 years old, male) & Sylvia (1 year old, female)

Gene is an adorable little boy with an infectious smile but he sure loves to say, "I don't want to!"  In addition to "I don't want to" his favorite thing to say is, "Oh really, momma?  Oh really, sissy?"  Sylvia has just learned to say "I love you" and loves pushing around her baby dolls.  Gene and Sylvia live with their mom at a residential drug treatment center. They are bonded to their mom and happy to be with her. The selection of toys is not so great at the center so they could really use some new toys. They also both really need warm clothes. Gene's favorite colors are blue and green; Sylvia's loves pink and purple.
