Evan (5 months, male)

Evan is an adorable little baby who just returned home to his mother in September.  His mom is an inspiration to me.  She has worked very hard to get him home.  She was essentially homeless when Social Services became involved and has just moved into a new home.  Evan is a happy and smiley baby; he's interested in everything around him. He desperately needs winter clothes!
