Child O1 (14 year old female):

Family O: again, please forgive the lack of personalization. Part of what I have loved about Brunch With A Purpose is using the children's real first names. However, Brunch has grown so much and we're helping some small counties so it would be too obvious to list their real names and I have to protect their confidentiality.  

Child O1 is in foster care due to horrendous abuse and neglect. Her mother is into prostitution, drugs, and gang-banging. Child O1 has struggled and had a very difficult path. She will remain in foster care indefinitely. She has a lot of behavioral issues and struggles with the things that she has witnessed and the things that have happened to her.
