Will & Jesse

Will (16) and Jesse (16) are foster brothers living in a great foster home.  They are both on the emancipation track, meaning they will stay in foster care until they are 18 (or maybe a little older).  Will is my client and a great kid.  He has the most hilarious sense of humor.  His parents are unable to take care of him due to developmental delays but he is happy in foster care and still gets to visit some of his family members.  Will recently lettered in academics and is so proud of himself.  He wants a high school letter jacket so much, but they're really expensive, so depending on donations/etc., we may be able to either buy it for him or maybe split it with the Department of Human Services.
